A mechanical ventilation unit plus a heat pump is the ideal system combination for new construction projects.
The Vitovent 300-F mechanical ventilation unit, when combined with an air-source or ground source heat pump, combines the benefits of an integrated unit with the flexibility of Viessmann heat pumps. Heat pumps compatible with this ventilation system have heating outputs ranging from 3.0 to 10.6 kW. The entire system is suitable for interiors up to 210 m² .
All functions in minimal dimensions
This system combination is particularly suitable for new construction projects, as all functions, such as ventilation, heating/cooling, and hot water production, can be implemented in even the smallest spaces. The Vitovent 300-F can be installed to the right or left of the heat pump, creating a harmonious unit with a compact footprint.
* Vitovent 300-F can be combined with all heat pumps equipped with Vitotronic 200, type WO1C.

High ease of use
The Vitovent 300-F ventilation module connects directly to the heat pump . All settings can be made from the heat pump’s Vitotronic 200 (WO1C) control unit, a common remote control, or the Vitotrol app . Heat pump operation and ventilation are automatically coordinated.
Heat recovery up to 98 percent
Vitovent 300-F recovers up to 98 percent of the latent heat in the extract air, using it to heat the incoming outside air.
Air humidification in passive houses
The combination of the Vitovent 300-F and a heat pump can be used very effectively in passive houses for air conditioning. This essentially eliminates the need for a hydraulic distribution system. For this purpose, the system includes a heating coil with a capacity of up to 1.5 kW. Furthermore, the Vitovent 300-F includes an optional 25-liter heating water buffer tank.
Quick installation with flat duct system
A flat plastic air duct system makes installation in unfinished buildings particularly simple. Supply and exhaust vents are connected separately to air distribution boxes with integrated sound attenuators via flexible flat plastic ductwork. The smooth interior walls of the flat plastic ducts have antibacterial and antistatic properties.
