The Vitoligno 200-S is a high-quality wood gasification boiler with outputs ranging from 20 to 50 kW. In the 30 to 50 kW range, it operates in modulating mode, continuously adjusting its output to meet heating needs.
The large stainless steel hopper accommodates logs up to 50 cm long, ensuring a long burn time and a high level of heating convenience. The Vitoligno 200-S wood gasification boiler is a great alternative to oil or gas heating: wood is cost-effective and its combustion is carbon-free.

Features of Vitoligno 200-S
The Vitoligno 200-S operates in modulating mode, adjusting its output based on heat demand. A combustion controller with a lambda probe and flue gas temperature sensor records the oxygen content and flue gas temperature. This ensures low emissions and high efficiencyâup to 93.2 percent. Thus, the Vitoligno 200-S is capable of economically converting logs into useful heat.
The Vitoligno 200-S’s heat exchanger is quickly and easily cleaned using a lever mechanism. Thanks to its clean combustion, it produces little residue. This means ash removal is only necessary every two weeks or so, even during the heating season.
The heating process is complete in just a few minutes. Reduced oxygen supply to the hopper ensures complete combustion of the logs. The flammable wood gas burns cleanly and at high temperatures, while secondary air is added. A variable-speed flue gas fan allows for reliable control of full and partial loads.
An automatic ignition device is available as an optional extra for igniting the fuel. The control unit even allows you to program the desired ignition time.

The Vitotrol 350-C touchscreen allows you to control your wood gasification boiler from the living area. With a five-inch, 16:9 display, operation couldn’t be simpler. The Vitotrol 350-C wall-mounted unit allows remote control of the boiler, offering all the necessary settings and displaying all the necessary information about the boiler and the heating water buffer tank.
The Vitotrol 350-C is more than just a remote control. It can also expand the system and integrate up to 20 additional control modules (heating circuits, DHW heating) into a single device.
The Vitotrol 350-C remote control with touch display was awarded the Red Dot Design Award 2014 by Design Zentrum Nordrhein-Westfalen.
