Vitoligno 150-S log gasification boiler
The Vitoligno 150-S is a very attractively priced log-fired gasification boiler with a rated heating output of 17 to 45 kW. It is suitable for both dual operation (operating with an existing heating system) and single operation (as the only boiler) in detached houses and apartment buildings.
The Vitoligno 150-S is modulated to continuously adjust its output to current heat demand. A combustion controller with a lambda probe and flue gas temperature sensor records the oxygen content and flue gas temperature. It ensures low emissions and high efficiency of up to 93.1 percent. This allows the Vitoligno 150-S to extract useful heat from logs in a highly economical manner.

Features of the Vitoligno 150-S wood gasification boiler
This compact wood gasification boiler is also an excellent addition to an existing oil or gas heating system. Operating in dual mode, it becomes the primary supplier of heat and hot water for domestic use. A traditional boiler is only used to cover peak loads when temperatures drop to extremely low levels.
The Vitoligno 150-S is modulated to continuously adjust its output to current heat demand. A combustion controller with a lambda probe and flue gas temperature sensor records the oxygen content and flue gas temperature. It ensures low emissions and high efficiency of up to 93.1 percent. This allows the Vitoligno 150-S to extract useful heat from logs in a highly economical manner.
The heating process is accelerated by a damper, and it takes less than three minutes for the logs to ignite and begin burning.
The large hopper ensures long intervals between refills and burnout. The Vitoligno 150-S can be loaded with logs up to 56 cm long. Extracting the carbonization gas ensures smoke-free loading.
The heating surfaces are easily cleaned from the side using a lever. Thanks to gasification technology and lambda probe combustion control, the Vitoligno 150-S achieves high efficiency and clean, effective combustion with very low dust levels. The door can be opened from either side, ensuring optimal space utilization and allowing it to be positioned in a corner of the room for installation.

The Ecotronic 100 control unit is remarkably simple and intuitive. All information is displayed using symbols on the backlit display. The heating water buffer tank’s heating status is also shown on the screen as a graphic indicator.
