The compact Vitoplex 200 steel boiler is available in outputs from 440 to 1950 kW. Across its entire output range, this three-pass boiler provides the ideal conditions for environmentally responsible and clean combustion. A wide range of burners can be easily adapted for use with this boiler. The Vitoplex 200 is a three-pass boiler with a low combustion chamber load. Consequently, it ensures clean combustion with particularly low nitrogen oxide emissions.
ELCO and Weishaupt gas-jet burners are fully calibrated for their entire output range and are supplied fully wired. This ensures optimal combustion with low emissions.
Thanks to wide water galleries, a minimum heating water flow is not required. This simplifies hydraulic connections. Therm-Control, with a power range of 440 to 560 kW, also eliminates the need to increase the return temperature. This saves installation time and additional costs.
The three-pass Vitoplex 200 boiler is easy to manoeuvre, saves space, and the sliding boiler cover (from 700 kW) simplifies installation and maintenance.
Convenient and high-performance Vitotronic control unit
The user-friendly Vitotronic control unit with a large color touchscreen ensures quick commissioning with its wizard function. The boiler can be connected directly to the internet for remote monitoring via the integrated LAN interface. The Vitosoft 300 service tool communicates directly via WiFi. Energy consumption is clearly displayed on the control unit’s energy display.
