The Vitocrossal 300 is built with proven components using Viessmann condensing technology and is equipped with an Inox-Crossal heat exchanger. In addition, it is also equipped with a MatriX cylindrical burner.
Advanced condensing technology
The Inox-Crossal stainless steel heat exchanger has been designed to make the best use of condensing technology. A smooth stainless steel heat exchanger allows the condensate produced during the condensation process to simply flow down. Combined with the smooth stainless steel surface, this creates a permanent self-cleaning effect, ensuring that the condensing technology is used at a high level at all times, resulting in longer service life and reduced maintenance requirements.
Highly efficient heat transfer and high condensation rates achieve standard seasonal efficiencies [DIN] of up to 98% (Hs) [gross cv]. These high levels of standard seasonal efficiency are the result of the principle of counterflow between hot gas and boiler water, as well as the intense turbulization of hot gases as they pass through the heat exchanger.
Reliable burner with a long service life
The MatriX cylindrical burner, developed and manufactured in-house, is characterized by a long service life thanks to the MatriX stainless steel mesh.
Sealed indoor operation
Throughout the power range, the Vitocrossal 300 can be operated in both open chimney mode and room sealing mode. This allows this condensing boiler to be installed anywhere in the building.
User-friendly and high-performance Vitotronic control unit
The user-friendly Vitotronic control unit with a large colour touch screen enables fast commissioning via the assistant function. The boiler can be connected directly to the internet for remote monitoring via the built-in LAN interface. The Vitosoft 300 service tool communicates directly via WiFi. The energy consumption can be clearly seen in the power cabin of the control unit.
