The latest gas condensing unit, the Vitocrossal 300, sets new standards with the MatriX-Disk disc burner and Inox-Crossal heat exchangers.

The Vitocrossal 300 gas condensing unit (type CRU) with 800 and 1000 kW has many improvements compared to its predecessor. Of particular note is the extended modulation range of up to 1:6 and significantly smaller dimensions.

This makes manoeuvring much easier, for example in retrofit projects, where the replacement of powerful boilers is often only possible to a limited extent due to lack of space.

Compact size thanks to the MatriX-Disk burner

The new MatriX-Disk burner is one of the key factors in ensuring the reduced dimensions. It can be powered by E gas or LPG. The boiler can operate both in the open chimney mode and in the room sealing mode.

The Vitocrossal 300 (CRU type) uses the proven Inox-Crossal heat exchanger. In addition to their compact dimensions, the heat exchanger and burner modules can be supplied separately for even faster manoeuvring.

Extremely easy to maintain

Maintenance of the Vitocrossal 300 is very simple. The front of the boiler lid can be slightly raised with a gas spring. The side panels are quick and easy to remove, providing unobstructed access to the MatriX-Disk burner, which can be simply folded aside.

Intuitive operation via large colour touchscreen

The new Vitotronic control unit, integrated into the gas condensing boiler, is equipped with a large color touch screen and is simple and intuitive to use. The assistant function assists with commissioning. The control unit already has a cascade function for up to eight boilers with a total capacity of 8000 kW.

The condensing boiler can be connected directly to Vitodata using our proven Vitocom interfaces. This option opens up additional services for the contractor to ensure the smooth operation of the system.

Energy consumption can be visualized visually via Vitocom and the energy cabin.
