Vitocrossal 300 Gas Condensing Unit Type CM3C

The Vitocrossal 300 gas condensing boiler (type CM3C) with a capacity of 87 to 311 kW sets a new bar for modular boilers. The tried-and-tested MatriX cylinder burner allows you to operate on gases of types E, L and LL and from 186 kW on liquefied gas, as well as modulating the power up to 20 percent.

Extremely easy to maintain

Maintenance of the Vitocrossal 300 is very simple. The gas spring makes it easy to open the front of the boiler lid. The side panels can be pushed back for easy access to the MatriX cylindrical burner.

Advanced condensing technology

The Inox-Crossal stainless steel heat exchanger has been designed to make the best use of condensing technology. This smooth stainless steel heat exchanger allows the condensate produced during the condensation process to simply flow down. This creates a permanent self-cleaning effect that maximizes the benefits of condensing technology, thereby extending service life and reducing the need for maintenance.

Reliable burner with a long service life

Developed and manufactured in-house, the cylindrical MatriX burners and the MatriX radiant burners are characterised by a long service life thanks to the MatriX gauze.

Built-in cascade function for up to eight devices

The Vitocrossal 300 is the ideal boiler for apartment buildings and commercial enterprises. A cascade function for up to eight units is possible and is already integrated into the control unit. This means that a cascade consisting of 8 x 142 kW provides a total power of 1136 kW. For multi-boiler systems with two units, Viessmann supplies prefabricated system piping and flue gas manifolds made of stainless steel.

The heating centre uses tried and tested components of Viessmann condensing technology, such as the Inox-Crossal heat exchanger and the cylindrical MatriX burner or the Matrix radiant burner. The boiler can operate both in the open chimney mode and in the room sealing mode.

Vitotronic 200 – integrated control unit for modular boilers

The user-friendly Vitotronic control unit with a large colour touch screen enables fast commissioning via the assistant function.

Built-in Internet interface

The boiler can be connected directly to the internet for remote monitoring via the built-in LAN interface. The Vitosoft 300 service tool communicates directly via WiFi. The energy consumption can be clearly seen in the power cabin of the control unit.
