Dashboard & Remote Monitoring

  • Now you will always have an overview of the installation progress of your customers. Vitoguide will tell you what is working correctly and which systems have faults that need to be fixed. Click on the heating system to select it and view all the necessary information about the customer and the system.
  • In the admin area, you can add and remove installers and manage your account settings.
  • The app switcher allows you to quickly navigate to the most frequently used Viessmann applications, such as the PartnerShop online ordering system, the spare parts app or ViBooks for installation manuals and other product documentation.
  • Vitoguide allows you and your employees to access all Viessmann training materials and courses on the platform of the online learning space.

  • All important information about the system is easy to find. This includes: the name and contact details of the customer, the type and model of the heating system, the operating condition, the serial number and the number of the gateway. All this data is at your fingertips.
  • Vitoguide also reports other information such as burner status, operating time, number of starts, outdoor temperature, boiler water temperature, and WiFi signal strength.
  • As far as this is available to the system, Vitoguide also determines gas and electricity consumption as well as solar thermal energy data.

  • With Vitoguide, you can remotely change a number of settings for your customer’s heating system:
  • individual heating circuits (for example, heating curve parameters), set hot water temperatures and heating schedules by day and time.
  • To solve problems with connection to any type of gateway (e.g. Opto, OpenTherm or Viessmann heating systems with the new electronic platform), reboot the gateway.
  • If your client is not at home for an extended period of time, you can switch the system to a holiday program to reduce uptime.

  • View detailed information about each fault and call up a description of the cause and actions recommended by Viessmann.
  • View the history of events in the system with detailed information about who made changes and when.
  • A direct link to the Spare Parts (ET) app allows you to order exactly the parts you need to get the job done.
  • Viessmann also makes it easier for your customers to carry out maintenance work and avoids problems before they occur. Order the parts you need to perform maintenance with a single click. Your order includes all the parts you need for a given heating system – there is no need for a long search for parts with the risk of forgetting a vital component.

Do you serve multiple customers who are spread over a wide area? Do you need a geographical overview of all the systems in your area? Viewing the map will help you plan the most effective routes between customers. For more information about the system and to view its status, simply click on it on the map.

Now you can get contact and support from the Viessmann Technical Service (TD) even faster and easier. Simply open a ticket and schedule a time when a technician can call you back or queue up for help from technical support. You will always be notified of the current waiting time. You’ll get the answers you need to solve your customers’ heating problems faster.

Mobile App

The ViGuide mobile app is available for iOS and Android devices. With it, you, as partners, will be able to commission a Viessmann heating system with a new electronic platform. This includes Vitocal heat pumps, Vitocharge batteries, ventilation systems and combinations of these devices. It will also allow you to perform other important tasks:

Smart Home Components

You have brought your customer’s heating system online, either with the Vitoconnect gateway or with the new Viessmann boiler equipped with the Viessmann One Base electronic platform. Your customer uses ViCare to control central heating and DHW and wants you, as their contractor, to monitor them remotely with ViGuide. What will happen next? With the Viessmann Smart Climate System, which consists of a climate sensor and an eTRV, homeowners can monitor the temperature in the individual rooms where these components are installed. With ViGuide, you can support them in setting up the room and commissioning the appliances.
