Vitobloc 200 type NG 260
Decentralized energy production using combined heat and power (CHP) is one of the most cost-effective options for resource-efficient electricity and heat generation. The new Viessmann Vitobloc 200 NG 260 cogeneration unit, with a capacity of 263 kWel and 416 kWh, is designed for a wide range of applications. These include, for example:
- Hospitals, clinics and large surgical facilities
- Industrial and commercial buildings
- Hotels and restaurants
- Nursing homes and care facilities
- Swimming pools, sports halls and arenas
- Solutions for neighbors
- Supply to local and centralized heating systems
- Large agricultural enterprises
Available in 3 variants
The Vitobloc 200 NG 260 is available in three variants. In addition to the standard ST variant, a high-temperature HT unit and an MT variant with maximum flue gas temperature are also available. The cogeneration unit operates with the ViNCI control unit developed by Viessmann and can be supplemented with a ViNCI buffer management system. The user benefits from a stand-alone, independent system for electricity and heat production.
Powerful engine management and an optimized cooling system ensure high operational reliability and long service intervals. An NOâ monitoring system for data recording in accordance with 44th BimSchV, a knock monitoring system, and the Black Start Pro function are optionally available.
The Vitobloc 200 NG 260, with its timeless industrial colour design, will fit into any energy centre.
ViNCI Buffer Management (BM)
The ViNCI BM is an add-on module for combined heat and power plants (CHP) with ViNCI controls. Combined with a buffer tank and a pump for unloading the tank, it creates an independent system for generating electricity and heat. The central element is the compact ViNCI BM control cabinet for space-saving wall mounting.
Hardware and software made in Germany
The ViNCI BM connects to the KU control unit via a CAN bus. All parameters can then be set directly on the KU display. The control unit hardware and software were developed by Viessmann. The ViNCI buffer management system and the necessary printed circuit board assembly are manufactured in Germany.
ViNCI BM optimizes the cogeneration unit’s operating time based on the “buffer level.” Extensive functions can be parameterized for optimal heating system operation:
- Two sets of parameters (summer/winter)
- Selection and rejection of additional heat generators
- Selection and rejection of the choice of a pump for unloading a storage tank with a boost function (domestic hot water) and protection of the storage tank
- Speed ââcontrol of the unloading pump of the storage tank depending on the feed and return flow temperature or the temperature in the buffer storage tank
- Valve control
- Preparing for future functions
