This is made possible by Viessmann's smart apps, an internet interface, and an internet-enabled device such as a smartphone or tablet.

For system owners, ease of use is usually a top priority. Factors such as safety and savings potential also need to be considered. With the ViCare heating management app, Viessmann has developed two apps to address the most important needs of system operators. The ViBooks app makes important documents, such as user manuals, accessible at all times. And the Viessmann Building Energy Economy Check app provides system owners and stakeholders with clear answers to questions about heating system upgrades.
For system owners
Heating system control via app: The ViCare app offers new options for managing heating systems online. The ViCare app's graphical interface has been intentionally simplified. The result: completely intuitive heating system control.
The system is designed to control a single heating circuit. You can select the desired room temperature with a swipe of your finger, and switch between standard and holiday modes ("Extended Heating") with a single touch. When you leave the house ("Away"), a single command is enough to reduce the heating system temperature and save energy.
Those who want to program different turn-on times each day will appreciate the assistant feature. A dedicated button on the home screen also displays numerous energy-saving tips.

For example, the ViGuide app allows for remote monitoring and maintenance of heating systems. While system owners benefit from increased operational reliability, sales partners always have an online overview of the heating systems they manage.
The spare parts app was developed for quickly finding and ordering spare parts. It also provides direct access to key information, such as pricing and application information for individual and spare parts. Another service for sales partners is the Academy app. It provides information on the Viessmann Academy's range of services and includes various e-learning offers for those on the go

With the ViGuide app from Viessmann, you'll be immediately informed about important changes in your customers' appliances. In the event of a malfunction, you can quickly respond and resolve the issue remotely, without the customer even noticing. The app also notifies you when another customer asks you to look after their appliance.
The app is clearly structured and includes essential parameters, such as heating curves and temperature managers. These allow you to remotely make key adjustments and save yourself unnecessary trips.

The Viessmann Building Energy Saving Check program gives sales partners the tools to provide their customers with even more comprehensive advice. In just a few steps, they can demonstrate to their clients the potential benefits of a heating modernization project. Achieving the desired result requires only a few inputs on a computer or tablet. Users can choose to prioritize the calculation by focusing on the heating system or the building's energy aspects. A combination of both is also possible.
To determine the systems and costs of heating system upgrades, the "Building Energy Efficiency Check" program offers clearly presented details. With a verified and TÜV-certified calculation engine, the program offers extensive capabilities for detailed building parameter input.
You can simulate systems with up to four heat generators and compare different options. The application is available in both online and offline versions. Projects can be saved and reloaded once entered. Last but not least, for easier identification, you can link company details (e.g., logos on printouts).
