For modern heating with condensing and solar technology in detached homes, Vitodens 242-F is an extremely energy-efficient, environmentally responsible and advanced heating system. Occupying only 0.4 sq. m, this storage combination boiler occupies a relatively small area, so it can fit in any niche. The high convenience of the hot water supply is guaranteed by a dual-mode charging cylinder with a capacity of 170 liters and a solar indirect heat exchanger.
Securing the Future with Solar Energy Integration
The Vitodens 242-F is fully factory-ready to be combined with Vitosol solar collectors (or an existing system), both now and in the future. The control module for the regulation of the solar thermal system has already been integrated; The solar energy output is displayed graphically on the device. All functions are coordinated with each other and have been factory tested.
