Digital services complement the product and platform portfolio. They help users manage their systems and their trading partners commission and maintain them. For example, the ViCare app allows every system owner to conveniently set the ideal indoor climate using their smartphone. ViGuide is designed to provide online support to trading partners and ensure simple, fast, and secure commissioning.
Last but not least, we have developed a range of additional services that have proven successful in the market. For example, Viessmann Wärme , our heating system rental service, is the ideal option for those who want to enjoy superior heating comfort without having to purchase a boiler. Another service we offer is the digital subsidy service FörderProfi . It facilitates searching for and applying for government subsidy programs. The ViShare energy community provides access to affordable, 100% green electricity. Electricity tariffs are set by Energy Market Solutions GmbH (EMS). Standard tariffs simplify communication within the complex energy system and make it easier to invest in your own energy transition at home. Using the Viessmann heat calculator, trade partners can automatically generate offers for potential buyers on their website. Another important service is our online database ViBooks . It stores all the most important documents in PDF format, such as operating, maintenance, and installation instructions.
