Condensing boilers provide the greatest benefit when installed in heating systems with low system temperatures. Condensing technology can save up to 30 percent on heating costs, even in retrofit projects.

Features of the Vitocrossal 300 type CU3A

With a wide range of outputs (nominal heating output: from 2.6 to 60 kW), the Vitocrossal 300 gas condensing boiler is the right solution for any task, including heating in apartment buildings as well as in public and commercial premises.

Furthermore, it can operate in both open-flue and room-sealed modes. In particular, room-sealed mode allows for flexible installation of the condensing boiler inside a building.

The proven MatriX gas burner with Lambda Pro Control combustion controller automatically adjusts to various gas qualities and delivers consistently high seasonal efficiency (DIN standard) of up to 98 percent for both natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas. The integrated combustion controller for all gas types also offers cost savings by extending the interval between flue gas tests to three years. Additional advantages of the Vitocrossal 300 gas condensing boiler include excellent control and reliable heat transfer thanks to wide water galleries and a high water content.

The Inox-Crossal stainless steel heat exchanger provides ideal conditions for condensing technology. Its smooth surface allows condensate accumulated during the condensation process to drain easily. Combined with the smooth stainless steel surface, this creates a continuous self-cleaning effect, ensuring efficiency, extending service life, and reducing maintenance requirements.

Thanks to its vertical heat exchanger, the Vitocrossal 300 utilizes the condensation energy in hot gases with exceptional efficiency, achieving efficiency levels of up to 98 percent.

Convenient Vitotronic control unit

Contractors and users alike benefit from the easy-to-use Vitotronic control unit, as its menu structure is logical and clearly laid out, and the unit’s backlight provides good contrast and is easy to read. In case of doubt, a help function informs the user of the next steps. The graphical user interface can also display heating curves and solar output.
