Viessmann (Switzerland) AG’s customer service team offers comprehensive services in collaboration with Viessmann service partners. The factory customer service team consists of approximately 100 service engineers and approximately 40 partner companies, represented throughout Switzerland.
Modern resources and highly qualified technical specialists, as well as a competent team in the planning department, ensure constant availability and allow us to receive satisfied customers every day.
Our service hotlines are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In emergency cases, we’ll troubleshoot and repair your heating system, even outside of business hours.

Your heating system deserves regular maintenance: Functional heating systems are essential in every home and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. To ensure your heating system remains functional for a long time, regular maintenance is essential.
During this inspection, a technician can identify and correct any potential malfunctions early. When signing a maintenance contract, the agreed-upon services are specified in the agreement and performed regularly at predetermined intervals.
