Viessmann provides companies in the heating industry with extensive IT support and various value-added services, without which it is no longer possible to operate successfully in the market today. These services include the training of technicians at the Viessmann Academy. More than 70,000 specialists around the world have already attended seminars held by the Viessmann Academy and are successfully applying the knowledge gained in practice.
One of the divisions of Viessmann LLC is the Viessmann Academy in Russia, which conducts seminars aimed primarily at specialists in the installation and maintenance of heating equipment, designers, boiler operators, as well as managers of enterprises specializing in the field of plumbing and heating.
Seminars are held on the basis of equipped classrooms of Wiessmann LLC. To cover a larger number of specialists, seminars are held not only in the company's offices, but also on the basis of other institutions throughout Russia, such as partner firms, gas trusts, and so on. Education at the Viessmann Academy is free.
After completing the training, the trainees are tested, upon positive results of which personal certificates are issued, confirming the completion of training at the Viessmann Academy and giving the right to carry out routine maintenance of Viessmann equipment.
An important online tool of the Academy is a specialized Portal created to accumulate knowledge, questions and answers to important questions related to the maintenance and operation of Viessmann equipment.
