Predictive Maintenance
Measured values and consumption figures are analyzed and evaluated to identify and quickly eliminate malfunctions and inefficiencies (predictive maintenance). This allows you to detect possible signs of wear in advance.
In addition to predictive maintenance, the Vitocontrol HS provides continuous transparency of power and energy data from the grid connection point to the steam system through energy monitoring. In this way, Viessmann fulfils the legal requirements for the continuous improvement of the energy balance in production in accordance with EN ISO 50001.
Users can quickly check the system status at any time on the home screen. Specific system information can be displayed anytime and anywhere via the Internet.
Viessmann also provides on-demand support to users of the systems via remote maintenance, remote maintenance and telephone support.
The status of each component of the entire system can be selected at different levels by touching the touch screen. Detailed information about operating states, temperatures, or output current is displayed. A password-protected menu level allows only authorized persons to access the configuration.
Flexible individual control solutions are available using selectable modules. The functionality of the PLC control system can be subsequently expanded at any time.
Thanks to a large number of commonly used interface modules, the Vitocontrol HS controller can be integrated or connected to existing building management or energy consumption systems.
